Azul Villa is a newly constructed amazing modern Brazilian architecture, a luxurious and spacious space located in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte state of Brazil, it is within walking distance to the pristine Buzios Beach. Azul Villa is a hard to find gem anywhere in Brazil. Designed and built by a both architecture and photography enthusiast, Azul Villa has a shooting area with 35ft ceiling, black out capability, dark room, mezzanine, and air conditioning (must if by the beach in Brazil!). The property is gaurded by an electronic gate with 5 car garage and offers an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean from the garden, Jardim Azul.

The villa consists of the main house which is 3500 sq ft and the Jardim Azul which is 4000 sq ft. The main houses's ameneties include:

• 2 Master suites on the first floor each with private bathroom with a whirlpool, walk-in closet and direct access to the garden
• 3 Guest rooms on the second floor, one with a private bathroom; ideal for use as dressing room, make up room, editing room
• 3 bathrooms and 2 addtional toilets
• Fully equipped modern art deco kitchen is stocked every week when occupied
• Dining area with a tabl seats up to 16 guests

The amazing media/lounge area which doubles as shooting area is 500 sq ft, 35ft high is equipped with surround sound, beamer/ projector, dvd, cd, Bose stereo system, satellite, and wireless communication, it is furnished entirely with high end Brazilian desgin furniture.

Jardim Azul is 4000 sq ft, with 55ft long Bean shaped swimming pool which is illuminated by changing blue lights sun goes down and overflowing whirlpool for 10 or more guest. It has a beautiful 110 m balcony which allows direct access from master suites into the garden, and offers an amazing view of the beach and the ocean. Furnished entirely with high-end modern Italian design funiture, the outside terrance is equipped with Bose speakers, perfect for out-door pool-side events. In addition, Jardim Azul has tropical flower garden and organic herb garden.
